Hatfield, Donald 'Mike' - Age 69 , of Swartz Creek, died Thursday July 4, 2013. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Wednesday July 10, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Burial will follow in Flushing Cemetery, Flushing MI. Visitation will be held 10:00AM - 4:00PM and 6:00PM to 8:00PM Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Wounded Warriors Project, Whaley's Children's House or the Genesee County Humane Society. Mike was born August 19, 1943 in Flint Michigan. Mr. Hatfield was an avid sports fan and loved to play golf. Mike owned and operated Hatfield Bookkeeping and Tax Service for 37 years and retired from General Motors S.P.O. with 34 years of service. Surviving are: daughters Tammy Hatfield and Tracie Hatfield both of Swartz Creek; granddaughter, Taylor Strickland of Swartz Creek, sister Donna DeHart of Fenton; nieces and nephews.
