WALLACE, Donald H. -age 81 of Burton, died Sunday January 20, 2013. Funeral service will be held 4:00PM Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will be held Wednesday 1-3 PM and 5-8 PM. Donald retired from Grand Trunk RR after 23 years of service. Donald attended Goodrich United Methodist Church and Life Fellowship Chapel. He was a Life Member of Masonic Lodge Roosevelt 510 and enjoyed carpentry, golfing, hunting, fishing and hiking. Donald is survived by his sons, Steven Wallace of Burton and Brian Wallace of Davison; 5 grandchildren: Kimberly, Ashley, Christina, Donny and Nicholas; his brother Richard M. Wallace of Arkansas and sister Helen Mass of Illinois as well as many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Orana, his son Alan J. Wallace, infant grandson Greg N. Wallace, and 2 brothers Harry and Bobbie Gene Wallace. Contributions are suggested to The American Cancer Society or the Shriners Childrens Hospital.
