CARWILE, Donna Marie -- Age 77, of Clio, died Wednesday October 16, 2013 at Kith Haven Flint. Graveside services will be held 3:00PM Tuesday October 22, 2013 at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint, Pastor Doug Klein officiating. Visitation will be held 2-8PM Saturday October 19 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the family to be used at a later date. Donna was born June 28, 1936 the daughter of Everett and Mary (Park) Chapman. She had worked as a clerk for Kessel. She was a member and past president of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of the Chevrolet Post. Surviving are: three children, Cathy (William) Brink of Clio, Stephen (Mary) Carwile of Swartz Creek, Manford Carwile Jr. of Clio; siblings, Leon Chapman of Traverse City , Dennis Chapman of Alpena, Sue Wagster of Lennon, John Chapman of Mt. Morris; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband Manford Carwile, and grandson Stephen Michael Carwile II.
