Houston, Donnie E. - Age 59, of Burton, died April 22, 2023.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday May 3 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. (A livestream of Donnie's service will be available on his webpage at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.) Committal services 2:30 PM Wednesday May 3 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be 3-8 PM Tuesday May 2, and 10-11 AM Wednesday May 3.
Donnie was born June 10, 1963 in Gadsden, Alabama the son of Clifford and Odessa (Whiteside) Houston. He was a graduate of Flint Northwestern High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Surviving are: wife Donna; four children, Ariel (Randi) Johnson, Monique Houston Jackson (Aaron Jackson), Dominique (Lance) Pledger, Quantae Porter; stepson, Nathan (Lydia) Hairston; eleven grandchildren; parents Clifford and Odessa Houston; five sisters and five brothers; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sister Rosa Lena Patterson.
