Dora Rudder

Dora Irene (Coate) Rudder passed away January 3, 2023, at approximately 8:21am at age 72. The eldest of three siblings, Dora was born and raised in Fraser, Michigan, to Harry and Martha Coate on June 6, 1950. Dora married her first boyfriend and her first love, George Rudder, in 1969 and they had their one and only child, George Rudder III, in 1971. After their divorce, Dora moved to Whittier, California so she could enjoy the sunshine and the beaches. She spent several happy years in Southern California, and although she called Arizona her home, Dora spent the last several years of her life happily surrounded by her cousins and extended family in Durand, Michigan. She is survived by her son, George, his wife, Jeannie, and their five children: Mikah, Matthew, Arianna, Madison, and Isabelle, as well as her sister Mary Howlett.
