Dorothy Brown

Brown, Dorothy June  - Age 96, of  Burton,  died October 19, 2021. Funeral services will be held 8 PM Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center,  6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 6-9 PM Wednesday, October 20.  Dorothy was born July 20, 1925 in Escanaba, Michigan the daughter of  Charles and Jennifer (Jones) Palmatier. She married Thomas Brown on August 18, 1946 ; he preceded her in death January 1, 1993. Dorothy was a resident of the Flint Area since 1950 coming from Iron Mountain, Michigan. She enjoyed Bingo and cooking.  Surviving are: two daughters Judy Dillingham of Burton, Pamela Black of Flint; grandchildren, Dina, Mary, Anna, and Jimmy; many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents sister Gertrude "Peno" Deering; three brothers, Junior Palmatier, Raymond Palmatier, and Pel Palmatier; grand-daughter, Yolanda; grand-son Benny Dotson Jr. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
