Rose, Dorothy - Age 78, of Flint, died June 26, 2024. No services will be held. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Dorothy was born November 18, 1945 in Breathitt, KY, the daughter of Herman and Josephine (Johnson) Rose. Dorothy had a unique ability to find happiness in the simplest of pleasures. Among her favorite indulgences were pork rinds, biscuits and gravy, and ice cream, a combination that always brought a twinkle to her eye and a smile to her face. Dorothy was also an avid walker, often embarking on long strolls through the neighborhood. She is survived by her 3 sisters, Shirley Spurlock, Frankie Harris, and Ruthie Price.
