Dorothy Mae SLY

Sly, Dorothy Mae - Age 86, of Flint, died February 21, 2014. A memorial service will be held 5PM Friday, February 28, 2014, at the American Legion Hall, 4314 W.Carpenter Road, Mt. Morris, Michigan. Those desiring may make contributions to the Michigan Humane Society. Funeral arrangements provided Sharp Funeral Homes, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Dorothy was born in Mt. Morris, MI, the daughter of the late Herbert and Delia (Pero) Salgat. Mrs. Sly enjoyed playing cards, dancing, being outdoors and in her younger years hunting. Dorothy worked for the G.M. AC Spark Plug Plant as a Stock Chaser for 33years retiring in 1994. Surviving are: children, Mike (Carol) of WI, Kenneth (Janet) of Swartz Creek, Gerald (Bonnie) of Montrose, Freddie (Pennie) of Flint, Cindy Sly of Flint, James (Renee) of TN, Herbie of Clio; 24 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren and brother, Herbert Salgat of FL.
