Dorothy Mae VanWORMER

VanWormer, Dorothy Mae - Age 90, of Linden, died August 21, 2013. A private family memorial has been held. Those desiring may make contributions to Genesys Hospice. Dorothy was born October 18, 1922 in Davison, the daughter of Floyd and Virginia (Reed) Teachout. She served in the U.S. Navy for 3 years during WWII. Dorothy married Claude VanWormer in Flint on August 10, 1946 and he preceded her in death on April 5, 2001. She had worked at Buick for several years. She was a longtime member of Spring Meadows Country Club. Dorothy is survived by her children, Sheri Radomsky of Austin, Texas, Randy (Kathleen) VanWormer of Gaines; 3 grandchildren, Laura VanWormer, Anna (Joshua) Edwards and Erin Radomsky.
