Edward Michael MICHNIEWICZ

MICHNIEWICZ, Edward M. "Eddy" age 56, of Flint, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Services will be 1:00PM Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum, 4142 Flushing Rd., Flint with Fr. Anthony Majchrowski officiating. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Eddy was born July 23, 1956 in Flint the son of the late Kazimerz and Kathryn (Mykietyn) Michniewicz. He married Karen Psenski on November 21, 2001 in Mt. Morris. Eddy was employed by General Motors until his retirement in 2006. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars and assembling vehicle models. Eddy and Karen enjoyed spending time taking road trips around Michigan. He was a tender hearted guy who was loved by many. He is survived by his devoted wife, Karen; daughter, Rebecca Gales (Mark); son, Michael Michniewicz (Angela); 3 grandchildren, Logan, Annabelle and Cole; 2 sisters, Mary Cameron (Paul) and Christine Morin (John); sisters and brothers-in-law, John Psenski (Marie), Don Psenski, Sharon Isaac; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also preceded in death by his niece, Anne Kathryn Cameron. Arrangements by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint.
