Edward J. SUGAR

SUGAR, Edward J., age 68, of Fenton, passed away Friday, July 2, 2010. A graveside service will be held 2PM Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, 2020 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc. Arrangements are by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Fenton. Edward was born in Flint, the son of Charles J. and Mary Irene (Kirkon) Sugar. He was a life long residen of Fenton, a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, and had owned and operated the A & W Drive In, in Fenton. He was also a veteran of the US Navy. Survivors include; brother, David A. Sugar, as well as many cousins, including Joyce E. Czaban. He was preceeded in death by his wife, Loraine (Ahola) Sugar, parents, brother Robert Sugar, aunt, Marlene Coolich.
