Smith, Edward William - Age 73, of Fenton, died May 23, 2017. Private family services will be held. Edward was born March 27, 1944 in Petoskey, Michigan, the son of L.B. Smith and Vera (Caldwell) Smith. He worked as a barber in Hartland for 30 years. Surviving are: his wife, Marion; step-children, Wendy Temple, Kenneth Shelp, Jeffrey Shelp, Steven Shelp; grandchildren, Alicia, Kevin, Matthew, Jenna and Jackson; sister, Arlene Smith; his beloved cat, Alice.
