Eldon Bedard

BEDARD, Eldon Gerald - Age 79, of Lansing, formerly of Flint, died May 10, 2016. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 2 PM Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the chapel of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Fr. Jim Rolph celebrant. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until the time of mass. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association. Eldon was born August 23, 1936 in Flint, the son of Archie and Evelyn (Savard) Bedard and was a graduate of St. Michael High School. He retired from the State of Michigan after 34 years of service. Eldon enjoyed sports and working out. He is survived by his sister, Dianne (Harry) Phillpotts; nieces and nephews. Wayne (Karla) Phillpotts, Todd (Michelle) Phillpotts, Cheryl Miller, Christina (Brian) Wiskur, Stephanie (Steve) Lang, Brian Bedard and Keith Bedard.
