SCHARK, Elizabeth A. "Betty Ann" - Age 87, of Grand Blanc, died January 24, 2017. There will be no public services at this time. Private burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Betty Ann was born April 6, 1929 in Flint the daughter of James William Greer and Loretta Delano (Martin) Greer. She was a 1946 graduate of Flint Central High School and a lifelong resident of the Flint area. She married Edward Schark on February 7, 1948. She was involved in senior activities at St. Agnes Church in Flint for many years. She enjoyed collecting antiques, flower gardening, arts and crafts, traveling, spending time at the cottage on the lake, and researching the family history. She was a very devout Catholic. Surviving are: husband of 68 years, Edward; daughter Debra (John) Costello; grand-daughter Erin Rehil (Jonathan Stanley); step-grandchildren, Jesse (Julie) Costello, Katie Laming (Lonnie Dean); great-grandson, Tristan; step-great-grandchildren, Jacob, Parker, Riley and Hunter.
