CHAMBERS, Emma Sue -age 78, of Linden, died on September 29, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad Street, Linden. Rev. Donald Neuville will officiate. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held 3-7 PM Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to N.A.M.I. Emma was born October 6, 1935 in Matthews, MO, the daughter of Cyrus Lindell and Bettie Jewel (Oliger) Stobaugh. She married Lendon Chambers on September 10, 1953. Emma was employed by Fenton Fabrics for many years. She was member of Linden O.E.S #175 and member of N.A.M.I. She is survived by her husband, Lendon; son Timothy K. Chambers; daughter, Susan B. (James) Barrett; grandchildren, Bree Shea O'Malley, Joshua Shea, Kevin Chambers, Caleb Barrett; great-grandson, Felix O'Malley; sister, Shirley Kay Kennedy; brother, Danny Joe Stobaugh; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Lendon Jr.;grandson, Simi; siblings, Patsy Landers, Alice Fortner, Bob and Jerry Stobaugh.
