TUCKER, Emma Jean -- Age 78, of Swartz Creek, died May 21, 2012 at Brian's House Hospice, Davison. Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor Butch Martin officiating. Interment in Bendle Cemetery, Clayton Township. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to Brian's House Hospice. Emma Jean was born August 16, 1933 in Princess, KY, the daughter of Hermit and Ada (McCalvin) Stanley. She married Herbert W. Tucker on February 4, 1978 in Swartz Creek; he preceded her in death February 7, 2006. She had resided in Swartz Creek since 1965. She had worked for Kith Haven as a Dietician. Surviving are: daughter Krystal (Dale) Bankics; two granddaughters Shaylynn Dudley and Sarah Bankics; two great-granddaughters Bailey Monique and Addison Farra; two sisters Deloris McFadden and Joan (Bill) Robert; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Steven Farra; sister and brother-in-law, Wille and Frank McAleer.
