Erik Robert EPPINGER

EPPINGER, Erik Robert -- Age 34, of Flint, died October 2, 2012. Funeral services will be 4 PM Friday, October 5 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be 1 PM until the time of service Friday. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the Genesee County Humane Society. Erik was born October 20 1977 in Flint the son of Robert and Susan (Plyler) Eppinger. He graduated from Carman High School in 1995. He enjoyed bowling - "he lived to bowl", and animals especially dogs. He enjoyed training dogs. Surviving are: mother Susan and husband Tom Stedry; father, Robert Eppinger and Karen Farner; sister Kristie Eppinger; all of Flint; aunt and uncle Dawn and Dar Zimmerman of Fife Lake; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends too many to list; best friends Dave, Jeff, and Eli; and his dog Brutus.
