PHILLIPS, Francis S. "Phil" age 70, of Burton, passed away Thursday October 10, 2013 at McLaren - Flint. Services will be held 3 PM Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with Rev. Tommy McDoniel officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home. He was a veteran of the 101st Airborne, a member of the American Legion and retired from Buick City. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ann Phillips; two sons, John Phillips and Joseph Phillips with wife, Angel; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
