KUBIK, Frederick LeRoy - Age 81, of Linden, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide Street, Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Visitation will be held Monday 2-5 & 7-9 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton and 10:30 AM until the time of mass on Tuesday. Frederick was born October 2, 1935 in Flint, the son of William and Jean (Jablonski) Kubik. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic School. Frederick was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He owned and operated a Real Estate business and apartment buildings. Frederick also worked at Vern Parsell Buick for many years and was the firms top salesman. He was a "Tycoon" and a community activist. Surviving are: his beloved wife, Dawn; children, Arika (Dave) Brochu of Holly, Stacy (Karen) Kubik of Fenton; 4 grandchildren, Alexis, Katelyn, Charlize, and Shayla. He was preceded in death by: his parents; 3 brothers, Robert, Thomas, and Jerome "Jimmy"; and son, Jason on August 14, 2010.
