Galen Haynes

HAYNES, Galen Lee -- Age 64 of Flint, died December 9, 2014. Services will be held 1-5 PM Sunday January 4, 2015 at the VFW Hall, 3087 Corunna Rd., Flint. Galen was born December 10, 1949 in Goodrich. He leaves his loving family, wife, Theresa Swyrtek whom he married in 1985; daughter, Amanda (Sean Hinkle) of Poland; son, Reese; siblings, Dennis, Mark, Matthew, Kathleen Nielsen; uncle, Lynn (Carol) Haynes. Galen was a proud graduate of U of M and enjoyed working at Vic Canever Chevrolet for 27 years. He was passionate about cooking, fishing, and road trips with his family. Galen will be greatly missed by many friends and family members. He is preceded in death by; grandparents, Alvena and Harmon Haynes; mother, Loraine Haynes; brother, James. Big Man Big Life Big Loss.
