Garth Charles O'Mara

O'Mara, Garth Charles - Age 85, of Grand Blanc, died April 12, 2026.

Garth was born December 2, 1940 in Palms, Michigan, the son of Thomas Joseph O'Mara and Josephine Isabell (Erard) O'Mara. He married Sandra Schumacher on April 4, 1964 in Ruth, Michigan.

He owned and operated O'Mara Ford Sales for many years. He then worked for Moore Motors in Caro until retirement. Surviving are: his wife of 62 years, Sandra; three sons, Michael (Alisa) O'Mara, Sean (Erica) O'Mara, Tim (Rachel) O'Mara; grandchildren, Quinn, Declan, Blake, Bryce, and Max; brother, Thomas Joseph "Tim" O'Mara; sister Cheryl Deike; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Rodney and Joseph.
