ALUMBAUGH, Georgia Ruth - Age 80, of Swartz Creek, passed away April 23, 2024. Cremation Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Memorial contributions in Georgia's memory would be appreciated to Genesee County Humane Society or Maple Woods Manor.

Georgia was born February 17, 1944 in Flint, the daughter of Ruben and Pauline Robinson. She married James H. Alumbaugh in June of 1963. Georgia was a graduate of Bendle High School. She was employed for many years by Hamady Supermarket and Supermarket 23. Georgia enjoyed cooking and shopping.

Georgia is survived by her husband, James H. Alumbaugh; sons, Steven (Lisa) Alumbaugh of Ira, MI, and Thomas (Sarah) Alumbaugh of Texas; grandchildren, Chance (Jake) Schultz, and Allison Alumbaugh; siblings, Bobby (Margie) Robinson, and Janet (Lee) Kline.

Georgia was preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Alumbaugh; siblings, Vickie Kirby, Butch Robinson, Martha Blakemore, and Linda Root. Online condolences may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
