Gerald 'Jerry' Gordon Stevens

STEVENS, Gerald Jerry Gordon  Age 69, of Flint, died Wednesday, December 31, 2003 at Kith Haven. A Memorial Service will be held 1 PM Saturday, January 3, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden with Pastor Lawrence Eckart officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimers Association. Jerry was born February 20, 1934 in Flint, the son of Gordon and Norma (Frick) Stevens and had resided in Swartz Creek, Hale and Flint. He married Mary Allen-Isaacson on December 14, 1968. Jerry retired from GMSPO in 1986 with 34 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, bowling and playing chess. Surviving are: wife, Mary; daughter, Debra (Steven) Harp of Flushing; son, Dan (Roxie) of Deluth, MN; step-children, Kathryn Cavender of Dallas, GA, Sherry (David) Sova of Linden, Jerry (Diane) Isaacson of Mt. Morris, Bill (Mary) Isaacson of Durand, Bob (Melissa) Isaacson of Davison; grandchildren, Todd Sexton, Ryan Harp, Jacqueline Isaacson, Erik Harp, Zachary Isaacson, Shawna Isaacson, Travis Isaacson; great-grandchildren, Cameron Isaacson, Lauren Frank; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Barb Stevens of Swartz Creek; sister, Gloria Nelson of Flushing.
