Giovanni Casanova

CASANOVA, Giovanni - age 76, of Fenton, formerly of Pontiac passed away Friday September 19, 2025. Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of life service will take place at a later date.

Giovanni was born October 9, 1948 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Simon and Beatrice ( Patino) Casanova. He was a graduate of Pontiac Northern High School, proud owner of Casanova Restaurant in Union Lake, and a longtime member of the Clarkston Eagles. He loved spending time with his friends and family, singing karaoke, and entertaining others.

He is survived by his son Jeff (Colleen) Casanova; grandchildren Michael (Becca) Casanova, Morgan (Tyler Reed) Casanova, and Madison Newton; great-grandchildren Matteo and Giovanna Reed; Siblings Jesse Casanova, Theresa Beavers, Maryann Good, Michelle Casanova, and Albert Casanova; and many nieces and nephews.
