Glenna Higdon

HIGDON, Glenna Mae, age 89, passed away July 30, 2020 in Minnesota. A private service will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Arrangements by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Glenna was born March 25, 1931 in Damascus, Arkansas the daughter of Marvin and Alma Alumbaugh. She married Bobby Roy Higdon March 31, 1951 in Damascus, Arkansas. They had a long and wonderful 67 years together. Glenna retired from Buick after a long career at General Motors. She was an avid golfer. Glenna enjoyed sewing, music, and travel. Surviving are: three children, Brenda and husband, Scott Bye of Leesville, SC, Kenneth and Sherri Higdon of Shorewood, MN, and Lisa and Nicholas Petroff of Ann Arbor, MI; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
