TAUBITZ, Grace M.- Age 89, of Ellenton, Florida, died Monday, February 24, 2014. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Saturday, March 1, 2014 at All Saints Church, G-4063 W. Pierson Road, Flint. Reverend Louis Madey celebrant. Burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Gaines. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Friday with a 7 PM rosary being prayed at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, and from 9 AM until the time of Mass at the church Saturday. Grace was born in County West Meath, Ireland the daughter of the late Joseph and Violet (McColm) Talt. Mrs. Taubitz was a second grade school teacher for Brownell School in Flint for over 18 years. Grace was the loving mother of Dennis (Irma) Taubitz, Maureen (Steve) Ruddock, and Kathleen Taubitz, aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John.
