Guy Howard Douglas

Douglas, Guy - Age 72, of Flushing, passed away May 10, 2025 at Majestic Care. Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Monday, May 19, 2025, at Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, 4133 Calkins Rd, Flint, MI 48532 with a Celebration of Life luncheon in the Parish Hall immediately following mass.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church.

Guy was born July 30, 1952 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Howard Douglas and Mary (Bolanowski) Early and her husband Jack. Guy graduated from Hamady High School and attended the University of Michigan. He was widely known as "The Real Good Guy" brokering estate sales throughout the area, and was a literal jack of all trades with experience in so many different areas. There wasn't anything he couldn't do. Throughout his working years whether it was at GM, Meijer, as an electrician, an auctioneer and also a realtor. He loved fishing and camping, whittling wood, playing cribbage and his fur baby "Buddy". Guy loved his large group of friends and family, and was always willing to lend a hand to help. Surviving are his beloved wife Lila Kaleel-Douglas; a daughter, Jolie Craine (Douglas), 3 sisters; Lynne Ransom (Bob), Gayle Niec (Dave), and Judy Marvin (Mike), a brother, Greg Douglas (Maureen); two grandsons, Dejai Craine ( Emily) and Hunter Craine, as well as two great-granddaughters Rogan and Cameron Craine. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Douglas, mother, Mary Early and his step-father, Jack Early.
