Hal was born September 6, 1947 in Puryear, TN the son of Carse and Mildred ( Overcast) Manning. Hal served in the U.S. Marine Corps . He retired form General Motors. Surviving are: daughter, Stacey Lynn Manning of Nashville, TN; 6 grandchildren, Taylor, True, Ireland, Andrea, Jordan, and Preston; great grandchild Lito; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
