Harley C. Gwinn Jr, age 67, of Flint, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025. A Memorial Gathering will take place at 2pm on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at the Elms Park, 4157 Elms Road, Swartz Creek, MI, 48473. Harley was born on April 7, 1958 in Hinton, West Virginia to the late Harley Sr. & Sadie (Moody) Gwinn. During his youth his family relocated to Michigan. Harley loved to go fishing whenever he was able to and enjoyed night driving. Harley was a handy man when it came to caring for vehicles. He was a "Jack of all trades" Those who knew him best would say he was always ready for a debate. Above all Harley cherished time spent with his family, weather it was a dinner or watching a fight on the TV. He had worked for the Flint Housing Commission for many years.
Harley is survived by his three loving sons, Harley C. Geick III and Michael (Lashell Wilson) Gwinn, Dave (Tammy); 8 grandchildren, Sadie Geick, Harley Gwinn IIII, Kaitlyn Gwinn, Triston Welser, Demetria Horne, Jordan Gwinn, Elaina Wilson and MyEisha Wilson; 5 great-grandchildren, Charlie, Harley IV, Asher, Aiden and Michael. He is further survived by his siblings, Doreen Ex, Bruce (Deedee) Gwinn, Rita Chinevere and James (Stephanie) Gwinn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley Sr. & Sadie Gwinn; sisters, Trina & Gale; nephew, Sean & Nick; nieces, Sarah & Rachael; and many more family members.
