Harold L. Dunk

DUNK, Harold Lloyd, age 81, of Fenton, died Monday, October 8, 2007 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:30 PM Friday, October 12, 2007 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Rd., Howell. Fr. Bosco Padamattummal celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8PM Wednesday and 2-4 and 6-8PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. A rosary will be recited 7:30PM Thursday at the funeral home. Harold was born December 26, 1925 in Flint the son of Joseph and Iva (Patterson) Dunk. He married Dolores Farnham at St. Augustine Church in 1962.  Harold attended Fenton High School and as a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WWII. Harold retired from General Motors as a Supervisor and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. Surviving are his loving wife of 45 years, Dolores; 2 sisters, Wanda Spears of Otisville, Dot Dolliver Flewelling (Lloyd) of Linden and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and 3 brothers, Howard, Ernie and Jack.
