Harry Mcmillen, Sr.

McMILLEN, Harry Clifford, Sr. - age 84, died Saturday, January 2, 2016 at his residence. Funeral service will be held 2 PM Wednesday, January 6, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Tuesday where a Masonic Service will be held at 7 PM under the auspices of Fellowship Lodge #490. Visitation will also be held 1 PM -2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at in the spring at Curtisville Cemetery in Curtisville, MI. Mr. McMillen was born August 13, 1931 in Curtisville, MI the son of John and Geraldine (Pierce) McMillen. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War. Mr. McMilllen married Marilyn Leigh Sovine on February 26, 1955. He was an electrician and a member of IBEW Union. He was also a member of the Fellowship Lodge #490 F. & A.M.. Surviving are; wife, Marilyn of Swartz Creek; five children, Mark (Cheryl) McMillen of Swartz Creek, Greg McMillen of Flushing Twp., Harry (Judy) McMillen, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, Brian McMillen of Swartz Creek and Jill McMillen of Swartz Creek; two grandchildren, Matthew McMillen of Kalamazoo and Kyle McMillen of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Johanna Beeman of Wyoming, MI and many nieces and nephews.
