FAUL, Helen Leone - age 91, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Caretel Inns of Linden. She was born in Grand Rapids in 1921. She graduated form Ottawa Hills High School and Northwestern University where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega. She taught high school for a while, and during the war she worked first for the Navy and then for the Army. She met her husband, Greydon when he returned home from war, and they were married in 1947, after 59 years of marriage, he preceded her in death in 2006. Helen was long active in church work, and was also a precinct delegate as well as a band booster and Cub Scout Leader. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kloote of Grand Rapids as well as by twin brothers, John and James Kloote. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews and by her son Terrel and his wife Linda of Holly. The funeral will take place at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton at 4 PM Saturday, October 27, 2012 with visitation from 12 PM until the time of service. Memorial may be made to a charity of your choice. Mr. Alan Jones will officiate the service. Burial will tale place at Woodland Memorial Park in Woodland, MI. Friends may share an online tribute on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
