PINTACURA, Helen LaVerne - age 87, of Burton, died Friday, November 23, 2012 at Genesys Convalescent Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, November 26, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Interment will follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions the Alzheimer's Association. Mrs. Pintacura was born April 18, 1925 in Nadeau, MI the daughter of Lloyd and Edith (Menard) Tharp. Surviving are: husband, Russell Joseph Pintacura, Sr.; two sons, Russell (Toby) Pintacura, of Fenton, Donald Pintacura of FL; four daughters, Kathleen (Paul) Russell of Lapeer, Dianna (Joseph Santucci) Pintacura of Burton, Angela (Barry) Wallace of Swartz Creek, Gina (Brian) Moffit of Grand Blanc; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
