Helen Esther Pratt

Helen Esther Pratt, age 86, of Lennon, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at her home. Private arrangements were provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Helen was born on December 5, 1937 in Durand the daughter of Anthony and Mary (Kolvic) Kolman. She was united in marriage to Donald "Don Pratt on April 30, 1955 in Durand. Their love stood the test of time for 69 years until her passing. Helen was a member of the Durand First Baptist Church and the Clown Club. She was known for her vibrant personality and sense of humor, always lighting up the room with her jokes and infectious energy. Helen will be remembered fondly for her devotion to her grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Her passion for lawn care and helping others cultivate their own brought her immense joy throughout her life. Helen's legacy of laughter, love, and kindness will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.

She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Don Pratt; children, Darlene (Herbert) Swiger, Anthony Pratt, Robin (Harold) Roberts, and Stephen (Melanie) Pratt; along with a legacy of 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Helen also leaves behind several nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory forever.
