Herbert Willy Lenz

LENZ, Herbert W. - Age 86, of Fenton, formerly of Flint, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Avalon Hospice. He was born in Hamburg, Germany on January 27, 1924. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family memorial was held. He is survived by a daughter, Renate (Terry) Smith; 2 grandchildren, Shawn Smith of Lansing and Terra Smith of Tampa, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Herta, in 2006. The family would like to extend their appreciation and gratitude to the entire Avalon Staff for their extraordinary care and compassion during this difficult time.
