Hope Clark

CLARK, Hope Elaine- Age 82, of Grand Blanc, died February 28, 2017. Private services will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Hope was born July 27, 1934, in Flint, the daughter of Hurn L. and Irene Letha (Wheeler) Isreal. She was a graduate of Central High School. Hope married Hugh Clark in Burton on June 10, 1961. He preceded her in death on December 11, 2010. She was a parishioner of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Hope was a volunteer for the Grand Blanc Public Schools, St. Joseph Hospital and the Boy Scouts. She was a member of International Beta Sigma Phi. She is survived by her sons, Hugh Clark III of Fenton and Stewart Clark of Grand Blanc; grandchildren, Spencer and Lauren; daughter-in-law, Kim Clark; sister, Kay (Tom) Stitt of Lincoln, CA.
