BALLARD, Howard Burton - Age 68, of Fenton, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Monday from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Howard B. Ballard Memorial Fund, c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Howard was born February 15, 1945 in Holly, the son of Erwin and Edna (White) Ballard. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Fenton Aerie #2460, Fenton V.F.W. Men's Auxiliary Post #3243, and was a former member of the Fenton Moose Lodge. Surviving are: sister, Leona Conn of Fenton; 4 brothers, Clarence and wife Esther Ballard of California, William and wife Helen Ballard of Linden, Robert and wife Wilma Ballard of Fenton, and Norman and wife Vicki Ballard of Florida; several nieces and nephews.
