Holmes, Irene Mildred - Age 69, of Fenton, passed away December 30, 2025. Arrangements are being provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Cremation has taken place and a burial will take place in Yerian Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet Fenton. Irene was born April 23, 1956 in Detroit, MI the daughter of Franklin and Evelyn (Roberts) Robertson. Irene graduated from Flint Bentley High School in Burton. She worked as a Nurse Technician. She loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. She enjoyed crocheting, doing ceramics, planting in her house, sewing and loved animals. Surviving are: her sons, Richard Holmes II, John (Erica) Holmes; 6 grandchildren, Michael Holmes, Christine Holmes, Cody (Stevie) Haddrill, Skyler (Hunter) Holmes, Shelby Holmes, Carter Holmes; siblings, Thomas Cantrell, Connie Robertson, Tina (Terry) Pearsall, James (Marie) Robertson, Albert (Dee) Robertson; and several nieces and nephews.
