Irene M. Lloyd Lamendola

LAMENDOLA, Irene Mary (Eisenbeis) Lloyd -- Age 81, of Swartz Creek, died August 30, 2011 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, September 3 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek, Fr. Dan Kogut celebrant. Visitation will be 10 AM util the time of mass. Private interment at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Irene was born May 24, 1930 in Flint the daughter of John and Mary (Sutter) Eisenbeis. She was a resident of Swartz Creek and had previously resided in Flint, Florida, and Fenton. She had worked as an LPN, and then owned and operated Lloyd's Salon of Beauty in Flint for many years. She married Joseph J. Lamendola on November 13, 1990; he preceded her in death August 3, 2010 Surviving are: six children, Robert (Annette) Lloyd of Clio, Kathryn Montgomery of Mt. Morris, Mary Ellen (Rick) DeShano of Gaines, James Lloyd of Flint, John (Kandace)Lloyd of Linden, Theresa (Dennis) Martin of Swartz Creek; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five brothers, Jack (Mary), Dan (MaryLou), Joe (Sue), Ted (Carol), Jerry (Lynn); sister Carol (Jack) Ellery; many nieces and nephews.
