Grand Blanc. Izetta was born May 26, 1937 in Princeton, WV, the daughter of Sam and Virginia (Young) Ratliff. She is survived by her 3 children, Joseph (Marlene) Brookman, Donna Shampine, Tonja Letourneau; grandchildren, Michael, Jimmy, Coy, Holly, Jhenna, Sadie, Abby, Grace, Elouise, Timothy, Dylan, and  Tyler; many great-grandchildren.
