Jacalyn was born September 16, 1954 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of the late Jack G. and Irene (Patrick) Eagleson. After retiring from the City of Flint, Jacalyn pursued a career as a caregiver and loved to help people. Surviving are: husband, Scott Miller of Flint; sister, Peggy (Myron) Clinton of Michigan; nephew, Eric Clinton of Michigan.
