Jack Duane Hascall

February 16, 1969 — March 29, 2026

Jack Duane Hascall, 57, was born on February 16, 1969, to Jean Glutsch and Jack Hascall Sr., and was raised in Hartland, Michigan on Hogan Rd.

Jack spent his childhood playing baseball and climbing trees with his friends, brother and sister, helping his Grandpa Fred chop wood or work on cars, cooking in the kitchen with his Grandma Margaretta, or spending time with his mother.

He was in cub scouts as a kid and built derby cars as a teen. He was incredibly smart, especially gifted in math, and enjoyed reading fantasy, fiction, and comic books, and he was in Auto Tech at Hartland High School where he graduated from.

He always cared deeply about every person and animal he met, often bringing home stray animals and asking his mother if he could keep them.

He was a lifelong mechanic who loved working on cars, listening to country music, and spending time with family, friends, and his grandchildren.

Jack was a devoted and loving dad, papa, son, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend, who was always there for others, never hesitating to lend a hand or show up when he was needed.

He was known for his kind heart, warm presence, and great sense of humor, with a smile and laugh that could bring happiness to anyone. Everyone who met him loved him, and he will be deeply missed. We're so grateful for the memories we have with him.

Surviving are: his parents, Jack and Jean Hascall; children, Krystalann Hascall, Hope (Will) Guimond, Chyanne Hascall, Lucas (Megan) Hascall, Kaitlyn Bular; grandchildren, Liam Hascall, Elijah Wheeler, Ryan, Mason, and Nevaeh Guimond, Soraya Hascall, Raelynn Hillis and Rome Wilson; siblings, Mike (Kim) Hascall and Robin Hascall; and his wife Bobbie-Jo Bular.
