MILLARD, Jacklyn L. (Mills) - Age 60, of Burton, passed away February 25, 2014. Cremation has taken place. Jacklyn was born June 11, 1953 in Flint and had lived in the area most of her life. She was known for taking in local people in need, offering a warm nights sleep or a plate of food. She leaves behind four children, Marc, Lori (Jason), Shelly (Chadd) and Jamie; a very special brother, Steven Gere; grandsons, Josh, Garry, Thomas, Riley, Caleb, Cole, Carter and the loves of her life, Jackson "Baby J" and Christian "Peanut"; best friend, Alberta Martinez of Florida, with whom she talked to for hours daily.
