WOODS, Jacob Robert - Age 26, of Swartz Creek, passed away August 16, 2024. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Jacob was born February 20, 1998 in Cartersville, GA. He was a very outgoing and passionate person who cared about others before himself. He is survived by his brother, Joseph Woods; sister, Billie Jean Stewart; grandmother, Jo Ann Crafts; a niece and a nephew. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and his loving dog, Bo. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Ann Woods.
