Jacqueline 'Jackie' Sain Johnson

JOHNSON, Jacqueline (Jackie) Sain  Age 47 of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Flint, let go of this life in exchange for heaven Saturday, December 20, 2003 at Tucson Medical Center. Services will be held 2 PM Saturday, December 27, 2003 at Court Street United Methodist Church, Flint with Pastor Steven J. Buck officiating. Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-9 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (just south of Hill Rd.) Flint. Visitation will also be held 1 PM until the time of service Saturday at the church. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or Court Street Village Non-Profit Sain Endowment. Jackie was born July 14, 1956 in Flint, the daughter of Danny and Doris (Kennett) Sain. She married Kris Johnson in Grand Blanc in 1995. She was currently attending the University of Arizona in Tucson to finish her studies in Education. Jackie was an active member of Desert Skies United Methodist Church. Singing with her beautiful voice, playing the piano and hand bells were a few of her special gifts that she shared with those around her. Surviving are: devoted husband, Kris Johnson of Tucson, AZ; two sons, Dain McDonald of Grand Rapids, Sean McDonald of Flint; parents, Danny and Doris Sain of Grand Blanc; seven siblings, Dorina Sain of Flint, Rebecca Scofield of Leslie, MI, Danny Sain, Jr. and wife, Mary of Bancroft, Norma Sain of Mt Morris, Jan Steinborn and husband, Paul of Flushing, Ramona Sain and husband, Bill Khouri of Davison, Rick Sain of Flint; grandmother, Marie Kennett of Leachville, AR; many aunts and uncles; 12 nieces and nephews, Jason, Jennifer, Jocelyn, Amy, Danny III, Travis, Blake, Grant, Tate, Justin, Jordan, and Jesse. She was preceded in death by: grandparents, Ben and Elizabeth Sain and Norman Kennett; brother-in-law, Bill Scofield.
