CLARK, James Denzel - Age 87, of Grand Blanc, died June 14, 2013. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1-3 & 5-7 PM Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association. James was born June 26, 1925 in Dudley, MO, the son of Lester and Gertie (Allen) Clark. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in WWII. He was married to Wanda Louise Clark on January 5, 1946 in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Clark retired from General Motors/Fisher Body/Ternstedt with 25 years of service and was an active member of Central Church of the Nazarene for many years. Surviving are: wife, Wanda; daughters, Deanna (Roy) Gillespie, Janis (Chuck) Korth; granddaughters, Kim (Dan) Chitwood, Amy (Rich) Ashley, Heather (John) Heiberger, Holly (Kris) McGuire; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Judy Harty; brother, Jimmy Clark.
