James Everette Mayhew

Mayhew, James Everette - Age 94, of Grand Blanc, died November 16, 2024. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday November 20, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. (The service may be viewed via Livestream from a link on his obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.) Interment in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 10 AM - 12 PM Wednesday November 20. 

James was born October 23, 1930 in Mooresville, North Carolina, the son of Everett R. Mayhew and Helen (Sherrill ) Mayhew. He had resided in Michigan since 1955. He retired from General Motors (V-8 Engine Plant) in 1991 with 36 1/2 years of service. 

Surviving are: children and step-children, Charles Lucke, Jolynn Mayhew, Christine Lucke McColman, Arthur Lucke, Leslee Krygowski Mayhew, James Mayhew, and Ken Mayhew; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
