James Peter Owczarski

OWCZARSKI, James Peter - Age 81, of Spring, TX, formerly of Fenton, passed away, Tuesday, January 14, 2025 in Texas. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, January 23, 2025 at All Saints Cemetery, 4401 Nelsey Road, Waterford. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Thursday from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to a charity of your choice. 

James was born November 29, 1943 in Hamtramck, the son of John Peter and Irene (Piskorski) Owczarski. He was a graduate of Waterford Township High School; and he attended Ferris State University. He had resided in Spring, TX for the past 10 months coming from Fenton. James retired from Citizens Bank in data processing; he then worked for Meijer's. He enjoyed golfing, light houses, classic cars and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. 

Surviving are: his children, Renee (Mike Moskwiak) Owczarski of Indiana, Jeffrey (Kim) Owczarski of Texas, Kylie (Bobby) Rewoldt of Fenton and Joseph (Jessica) Owczarski of Flint; grandchildren, Savannah, Nicholas, Lillianna, Madison, Kallie, Kennedy, Jameson and Alexandra; brother, Jerome (Teresa) Owczarski of Texas; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
