James Thomas Pease

PEASE, James Thomas - Age 76, of Flint, passed away October 24, 2024. A memorial service will be held 1PM Friday, November 1, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc. The family will receive friends from 11AM until the time of service. James was born December 29, 1947 in Hartford, CT, the son of the late Allen and Doris (Conner) Pease. Jim retired from Genesee County Community Mental Health, where he was the service director of the SIS Program. He was passionate about mental health and worked tirelessly to help people throughout his career. Jim loved the water, boating and was an excellent swimmer. He was an avid Detroit Pistons fan. Jim enjoyed traveling, with Jamaica being his favorite destination. He was a quiet, humble family man. A devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He is survived by his wife, Zenobia; son, Nathan (Sara) Pease; daughter, Jennifer Pease; step-sons, Darius (Jamie) Bradley and Lawrence (Topaz) Bradley; sister, Jane (Robert) Breslin; brother, Jerry (Betsy) Pease; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
