VAUGHN, James Frank, Sr. - age 73, of Burton, died August 3, 2013 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held 11 AM Friday, August 9, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Interment will be held at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 3-9 PM Thursday at the funeral home. He was born in Flushing, MI, August 19, 1939 to Clarence and Myrtle (Samson) Vaughn and married Judith Wicks August 14, 1965. Surviving are: wife, Judy; son, James Vaughn Jr.; daughter, Connie Steward; Grandchildren, Wendy, Daniel (Tonya), Rachael (Jose), Tiffany, Justin (Stacey), and Jason; great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Joshua and Christian Vaughn, Hannah Jones, Zoey Vaughn and Timothy Frost. He is also survived by brothers, Terry, Bob (Julie), Roger (Marsha), Nick (Nancy), Randy (Joyce) and sisters, Barb (Ken) Erler, DOris Montague and sisters-in-law, Sonjia and Marsha.
